Position Overview

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver one-on-one, client-centered care that promotes safety, independence, and overall well-being in the comfort of clients’ homes. This per diem role is perfect for HHAs seeking flexibility, professional support, and rewarding work close to home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and daily hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Support meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Promote client dignity, safety, and independence


Requirements

  • Valid New York State HHA Certificate

  • Minimum of 1 year HHA experience

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
