We’re currently hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) for active cases throughout Hartford County, offering flexible day and overnight shifts (6–12 hours).


About the Role:

As a per diem HHA, you’ll provide high-quality, one-on-one care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care

  • Providing medication reminders

  • Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Offering companionship and meaningful engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year HHA experience

  • Valid HHA certificate

  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Physical (within past 12 months)

  • PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
