Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout Hunterdon County, NJ.

We currently have opportunities available in and around Flemington, Clinton, Readington, Lebanon, High Bridge, Lambertville, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with meal preparation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Medication reminders

• Accompany clients on walks and community outings as needed

• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey CHHA License

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred
