Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Valid Connecticut CNA license or HHA/CNA certificate OR Valid Connecticut LPN or RN License
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical completed within the past 12 months
  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months, or chest X-ray within 5 years
  • Valid driver's license
