Affirmed Home Care is growing and we're excited to invite Per Diem Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our caring and professional team throughout Nassau County.

We offer flexible day shifts (6 to 12 hours) at $19/hour, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that works for your lifestyle.

Your Role as an HHA:

As a Home Health Aide with Affirmed, you’ll deliver compassionate care and essential daily support to clients right in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care needs

  • Preparing meals and light housekeeping

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide

  • Valid NYS HHA certificate

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Recent physical exam (within the past year)

  • PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • MMR immunization (within 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred (but not required)
