Are you a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) seeking meaningful, rewarding work? Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring per diem Live-In HHAs to support our valued clients throughout Suffolk County, including the East End.

As a live-in caregiver, you’ll make a meaningful difference by providing high-quality, personalized care, including:

  • Personal care assistance

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year HHA experience
  • Valid NYS HHA Certificate
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Driver’s license (preferred)
  • Physical exam within the past year
  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
  • MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
