Position Details
This per diem role offers immediate case availability in and around Montrose, allowing you to work close to home while making a meaningful difference in your community.


Schedule & Pay

  • Day shifts available (6–12 hours)

  • $21.00 per hour

  • Local Montrose-area cases — start right away


What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements

  • Valid New York State HHA Certificate

  • At least 1 year of HHA experience

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • MMR immunization within the past 10 years
