What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate schedules for HHAs, LPNs, and RNs in a busy home care setting
  • Ensure all client cases are fully staffed at all times
  • Manage call-outs, shift changes, and urgent coverage needs
  • Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and preferences
  • Communicate daily with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts in real time with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in workforce systems
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2+ years of scheduling or staffing experience (home care or healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Work Environment

This is an in-office position in Monroe, NJ. Flexibility for occasional after-hours coverage may be required.
