Affirmed Home Care is a leader in concierge-level home health services, delivering exceptional care with compassion and integrity. We are seeking Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care for our 18-month-old client in the comfort of their home.
We currently have 8-hour day shifts (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) and 12-hour overnight shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am) available in Warren County. This is a wonderful opportunity for nurses looking for flexibility, strong clinical support, and meaningful work.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent LPN experience working in pediatrics in an acute care/home care settings
- At least 1 year of recent experience G-Tubes in pediatrics
- Active New Jersey LPN license and PALS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Current physical exam (within 1 year)
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
- Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
