Join Our Team: We are currently hiring for per diem Certified Home Health Aide in Suffolk County, NY, including towns in Riverhead, Moriches, and Patchouge!

Your Role:

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you’ll provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include:

  • Personal care and hygiene assistance

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping

  • Meal preparation

  • Emotional support and companionship




What We Offer:

  • Flexible day shifts (5–12 hours)

  • $19.00/hour competitive pay

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a Home Health Aide

  • Valid NYS HHA Certificate

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Physical exam (within 1 year)

  • PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • MMR immunization (within 10 years)

  • Proof of COVID vaccination
