Are you a compassionate, certified Home Health Aide (HHA) seeking flexible per diem opportunities with an agency that truly values its caregivers? Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring HHAs throughout SHIRLEY, NY to provide exceptional, one-on-one care to our private-pay clients in the comfort of their homes.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Per Diem

  • Location: SHIRLEY,NY

  • Shifts: Day and weekend availability (6–12 hours)

  • Start Date: Immediate

 Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being

  • Follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Valid NYS HHA Certification

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

  • Current physical exam (within the past year)

  • Valid PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)

  • Driver’s license preferred
