We’re Hiring! Per Diem Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) – Westchester County
$55/hour • $125 per visit

What You’ll Do

As an Affirmed Infusion RN, you’ll bring advanced nursing skills directly into the home, providing clients with the comfort, safety, and convenience of high-quality infusion therapy.
Common responsibilities may include:

  • IV infusions (e.g., antibiotics, hydration, biologics)

  • PICC line and port care

  • Catheter maintenance and dressing changes

  • Patient assessment and teaching

  • Ongoing monitoring and documentation

Infusion experience and strong acute care backgrounds—ICU, ED, Med-Surg—are especially valuable and highly preferred.

We offer flexible 12-hour day and overnight shifts, and we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.


Compensation

  • Hourly: $55.00/hour

  • Per Visit: $125.00/visit

What You’ll Need

  • At least 1 year of recent RN acute care experience (ICU/ED experience strongly preferred)

  • Prior infusion experience (IV therapy, PICC/Port care) strongly preferred

  • Active NYS RN license and BLS certification

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

  • Physical exam within the past year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

  • MMR immunizations within the past 10 years

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
