Home Health Aide (HHA)

Location: Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk Counties)
Pay Rate: $19.65 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Day Shifts | 4–12 Hours

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality care and assistance to clients in their homes throughout Long Island.

We offer flexible scheduling options, with both short and long shifts available to accommodate different availability and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and transferring as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Remind clients to take medications according to their care plan.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow individualized care plans and provide compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Previous home care experience is a plus.
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and patient.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $19.65–$20.00
• Flexible shifts: 4–12 hours
• Day shifts available.
• Short and long shifts available.
• Opportunities in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
