Pediatric Private Duty Nurse – RN / LPN (Per Diem) Affirmed Home Care – New Jersey | One-on-One Pediatric Nursing

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide individualized private duty nursing for pediatric patients in their homes. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering high‑quality, one‑on‑one care and building meaningful relationships with children and their families.

We have immediate openings in Newton, NJ and surrounding Gloucester County area with flexible 8–12 hour shifts.

Pay Rates

• RN: $37.00 per hour

• LPN: $33.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license

• 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred 

• Current BLS certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the last 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
