Flexible Schedules Available: 3-Day, 4-Day, 5-Day, and Weekend Live-In Cases
Starting Pay: $221 daily

Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care to private-pay clients throughout Suffolk, including Port Jefferson, Mastic, Hampton Bay, Nesconset, Stony Brook, Selden, Moriches, and Riverhead and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible live-in opportunities designed to fit your availability, whether you are looking for part-time weekend cases or full-time live-in assignments.

We also encourage caregivers to refer another HHA to split a live-in case together. This is a great opportunity to coordinate schedules with someone you trust while both earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care needs

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Perform light housekeeping duties

  • Prepare meals

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience

  • Valid NYS HHA Certificate

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Physical exam completed within the last year

  • PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years

  • MMR immunizations within the last 10 years
