Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Offer medication reminders in accordance with care plans
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

Requirements

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate (required)
• At least 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
