Shifts & Pay

  • Flexible schedules with day or overnight shifts, 6–12 hours

  • $20.00 per hour base pay

  • Weekly direct deposits

  • Additional incentives including sign-on and referral bonuses and driving incentives

Role Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, your duties may include:

  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Providing medication reminders, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

  • Offering friendly companionship and emotional support

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HHA

  • Active Connecticut HHA certification and legal eligibility to work in the United States

  • Recent physical exam and PPD/QuantiFERON (as required)

  • Preferred: valid driver’s license
